Privacy notice
HEAVE S&C PTE. LTD. (UEN 202625088W) collects and holds personal data about our members. This explains what we hold, why, and what you can ask of us.
What we collect
Your name, contact details, date of birth, and emergency contact; the health declaration and waiver you sign; your bookings, attendance and class history; your credit and membership balances and payment records; and notes our coaches write to train you safely, which may include injuries you tell us about or that a coach observes.
Why we collect it
To run your membership, take your bookings, take payment, contact you about your classes, and coach you safely. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Heave's owner and coaches. Coach notes are visible to our staff only, and are not shown to other members. Your data is never shared with another gym.
Who helps us hold it
Heave uses bash (We Break Desks Pte. Ltd.) to run memberships and bookings; your data is stored in Singapore. Card payments are handled by HitPay — Heave never sees your full card number.
How long we keep it
While you are a member, and afterwards only as long as we need it for safety, disputes, or our tax and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. This includes coach notes: they are not shown in the app, but you are entitled to ask what has been written. We will respond within 30 days.
